This ML 9600 Master Disk Recorder was the 2008 Stereophile Recommended Component winner.  Includes hard drive, cd format choice, word length choice (16,20,24 bit), sample rate choices (44k, 48k, 88.2k, 96k).  Allows you to mix different source CD’s and create playlists on your cd’s.  Does lots of buffering and error correction for a better finished product in many cases than the original source.  One owner.  Comes with owner’s manual, original box, etc.

We have a matched pair of the April Music Stello CDT 100 Transport and DA100 Signature DAC.   The transport is a 3 beam type, top loading, with AES, COAX, OPT, and I2S outputs. Toslink (OPT) is included along with the I2S cable.  The DAC is 24 bit/ 192 output, along with a 24/96 USB input for computers.  It is fully balanced so you have XLR and RCA analog outputs.  These units have low hours as they were used for show demo by a manufacturer. have original boxing and manuals and remote.  More pics upon request.  Rating is 8 out of 10. LSA 2 Statement Floor Standing Speakers in Rosewood.  These have been demo and show speakers, so they have some wear.  Sound great, and come with FIM cone feet, a $600 upgrade.  These have the adjustable rear firing cone tweeter, and are set up for biwiring.  I can email pics if you are interested.  Come with original boxing and manufacturer’s warranty.

Marsh HT 500 S 3 Channel amp, has 100W/ch R at 8 ohms,  RCA and Balanced inputs, Fully Balanced Design.  Have been demo amps, work and sound great.  Great home theater amp.

Professionally built cabinet with plans from Matasound.  Dark oiled Walnut with black grill cloth.  High efficiency speaker with Fostex FF165K 6.5″ driver with a folded horn for bass down to 50Hz, T 90A horn tweeter with Fostex tin and copper foil cap crossover at 15KHz.  Specs:  55 Hz to 35KHz flat, efficiency 95 db, has less than 100 hours on speaker.  Has adjustable feet on a tripod stand made of welded steel.  This is a much better cabinet than supplied with the kit, and looks like it.  Condition is 8.5 out of 10.  Come and hear it!  More pictures available.

A classic receiver is the MAC 1700.  Been gone through by Vintage Amplifier Repair, rated at 40W/ch at 8 ohms.  Has tube FM tuner section and a solid state preamp/amp section.  This unit has been serviced and aligned.  All tubes in the FM section have been tested and replaced as needed. We have a vintage McIntosh 2105 Solid State Stereo Power Amplifier on consignment.  Clean, in good condition, with few scratches of any kind.  Works well.  Specs:  105 W/ch minimum into 4,8, or 16 ohms, .25% distortion from 0 watts to 105 watts.  Have reprinted owners manual, no original box.  This is a classic that has increased in value over the years.

Have 2 Parasound HCA 600 amps that can be used in bridged mono mode or stereo mode. 60W per channel in stereo, 75W/ch at 4 ohms, 150W at 8 ohms bridged.  Work great, look great too with flawless front panel, and only one or two small scratches elsewhere.  One owner.  Can provide manual and pics if desired. This is an older high end processor, with a high grade audio preamp built in.  Has multiple inputs for video and audio, and outputs (RCA) for 5 channel system.  Can be used as a high end preamp as it has a direct bypass built in.  Big power supply, ALPs volume control, silver plated circuitry, separated regulated power supplies, and more.  Rating 7 out of 10, flawless front.  No remote-main reason it rates only a 7.  Manual is a download.  No component video or HDMI, great preamp for 2 channel.  Pics to come.

Mark Levinson’s Red Rose Music Rosebud speakers are stunning and give a steller performance.  These are the first version, with the 5″ bass driver and a Lightning ribbon tweeter.  Almost perfect cabinets with only a small mark on one side (1/16″ in size).  Do not have original boxes or owner’s manuals. Grills look new and have more pictures if you want them.  These are priced below market to move, price is firm.  Come and hear these amazing monitor speakers!

REL Stentor II 10″ long throw subwoofer with 200W RMS amp, class AB.  Has high and low level inputs with variable gain, fine and course level adjustments. Response is 15HZ to 120 Hz. It is capable of fine tuning response in a room via the controls on the rear and the active loading designed by REL.  Good condition, has glass top.  Rating is 6 out of 10 due to some minor dings.  Audiogon Bluebook at $1800 average price. We have 32 sound damping panels.  They are 1″ thick Owens Corning rigid fiberglas with a curved framework.  Can be recovered in your fabric of choice.  Can be laid back to back for thicker treatment.
